Roddy Barrow
Roddy was appointed Group Managing Director in 2017 following a 3 year period as Chief Financial Officer of HRGO plc.
Roddy is an experienced Chartered Accountant, who originally trained with KPMG in London and has substantial experience in general management and programme delivery leadership. His previous job before joining HRGO was as Finance Director of a joint venture providing services to the UK and European Governments. Roddy’s commercial career has been characterised by mostly working with private businesses in growth, M&A and transformational situations across several different sectors covering life sciences, manufacturing, media, publishing, employment services and now recruitment.
